Before the Session

Checkpoint: Do you have a single view of all current research requests?

Checkpoint: For each request, can you answer "what do we already know about this?" quickly?

Running the Session

Checkpoint: How many requests could be answered by referencing past research?

Checkpoint: When you say no to a stakeholder, can you offer existing evidence as a partial answer?

After the Session

Deferred requests need a home. If they disappear, they will be re-submitted next quarter with greater urgency.

Checkpoint: Where do deferred requests go? Can someone find them next quarter?
